Relatively new to uGet - 403 error/bad header error

Postby klepp0906 » Wed Aug 30, 2017 10:09 am

ok, trying to download a batch of files from archive.org

have had no issue in the past but this time i'm getting 403 error with curl and i tried switching to aria2 which gives me a bad header error or some such.

No idea what to do at this point as ive never used download managers previously. The links do work problem free individually through the browser.

I'm on win10 fwiw.

lol got an email someone replied, thought FINALLY! and its YOU! (someone w/ the same issue) doh :P

potential to be the best piece of software ever, but its not working no matter what i do. tried 1 download at a time. tried 1 connection. tried aria2. tried curl. tried run as admin.

is this like a user to user forum? Where does one find the devs or someone in the know?

sadly it is kind of because of all the spam management is overwhelming and I am tired of doing it. Sometimes I just get burnt out. I am replacing the entire thing asap.

We are here but as I said, finding real stuff in the ocean of spam is frustrating.

I am glad you were able to fix it but how did you fix it? Copy the cookies or install the browser extension?
