Here is a preview of the new images on my top panel:


I use Ubuntu 10.10 (for now, though maybe 11.10 soon) and even though I like the logo for uGet (I designed it after all) but for use in a panel I don't really like the green because it stands out way WAY too much as I prefer the monochrome style.


So I created monochrome versions of the icon for my personal use but also releasing it here for anyone who wants to use them.

Installation Instructions:

  1. Press Alt+F2 (opens "Run Application" dialog)
  2. Run the following command: gksu nautilus /usr/share/icons/hicolor/24x24/apps
  3. Enter your sudo password when prompted.
  4. Overwrite the original icons with the icons above. (root access is required to do this)


Enjoy your new blended icons. :)
